Therapeutic Day Treatment program utilizes mental health interventions and counseling, in an educational setting, designed to successfully address mental health, emotional and behavioral issues that create a barrier to effective learning. Therapeutic Day Treatment participants are school aged children and adolescents who meet the specific eligibility criteria described below. Services provided include group, individual and family counseling. Children and adolescents considered for this program demonstrate a mental, behavioral or emotional illness resulting in significant functional impairments in major life activities that has become increasingly disabling over time and require frequent supportive and intensive interventions.
